When lit from within they illuminate rooms with multidimensional light and its high vibrational energy. They also make a lovely addition to any yoga or meditation space, and practitioners offices. Selenite is the light bringer, due to its linear crystal structure it behaves like a natural fiber optic. Each lamp is uniquely beautiful. Measures roughly 7"-8" tall with a 4" diameter base and weighs 5-6lbs. Light cord & bulb are included. As selenite is porous in nature, lamps should be kept away from water and moisture. Selenite is fibrous and can splinter or shed small shards, so handle with caution. Selenite can naturally contain inclusions of other minerals which can lead to red, brown, or even blue coloring in places, as well as natural internal cleaving. These inclusions and cleaving do not affect selenite structurally in any way and are purely cosmetic. Selenite is relatively soft, with a hardness of around 2 on the Mohs scale. This means it can be easily scratched by harder minerals and materials so please handle with care.
