Anahata Chai Ritual Herbal Tea
Turn Routine Into Ritual...
A much loved favorite, our organic and caffeine free herbal chai is derived from generous amounts of Holy Basil. Holy Basil, also known as Tulsi, is an adaptogen and supports immune health, mental clarity, and spiritual peace, while it lovingly uplifts the Anahata (Heart) Chakra bringing unconditional love. Anahata is associated with balance, calmness & serenity. Holy Basil is an important Ayurvedic herb that is responsible for the slightly sweet floral flavor. In addition to the traditional warming chai herbs, long peppers & fennel seed combine a distinctive flavor that will have you reaching for another cuppa. Our loose leaf teas are blended with health & well-being in mind, lovingly handcrafted in small batches, crystal charged & Reiki activated in the greatest of good. Sustainably & Ethically sourced ingredients. No GMO's. This item will not be restocked once sold out.

Aroma & Flavor: A beautiful balance between a robust floral aroma with hints of earthy spice and a warming & slightly sweet, smooth aftertaste.
Crafted With 100% Natural & Certified Organic Botanicals: holy basil, cassia cinnamon chips, ginger root, cardamom pods & seeds, cloves, fennel seeds, long pepper, vanilla bean powder.
Tea Ritual: Prepare your tea in mindfulness with a complete awareness of the present moment. Give yourself completely to the entire process of preparing and drinking your tea, from start to finish. Sit in stillness while you sip and savor your cuppa slowly for a moment of self care, before meditation, in celebration or sacred ceremony, to ease the heart & uplift the spirit, or unwind in the evening.
To brew: Pour 1 cup of hot water over 1 Tablespoon herbal tea. Steep 7-10 minutes or desired strength and strain. Tea can also be simmered in 1 cup of nut milk. Once steeping is finished, press the tea leaves with back of spoon to squeeze out the last bit of herbal goodness! Optional, add a dollop of honey or natural sweetener. Enjoy hot or iced. You can compost the used leaves, or spread them out to dry and burn as a loose herbal incense.
