Aroma & Flavor: Lightly perfumed aroma with a clean body and an herbaceous flavor with graceful floral compliments.
Crafted With 100% Natural & Certified Organic Ingredients: Peppermint Leaf, Raspberry Leaf, Nettle Leaf, Ginger Root, Dandelion Leaf, Oatstraw, Horsetail, Chamomile Flowers, and Rose Petals.
Precautions: Not for use during pregnancy/lactation. Persons with allergies to other members of the Asteraceae family of chamomile should exercise caution as allergic cross-reactivity to Asteraceae plants is common.
Tea Ritual: Prepare your tea in mindfulness with a complete awareness of the present moment. Give yourself completely to the entire process of preparing and drinking your tea, from start to finish. Sit in stillness while you sip and savor your cuppa slowly for a moment of self care, after meals to ease digestion, after meditation, moon rituals, women's circles, in celebration or sacred ceremony, during your monthly moon time, or adapting to life's changes with ease & grace.
To brew: Pour 1 cup of hot water over 2 teaspoons herbal tea. Steep 7-10 minutes or desired strength and strain. Once steeping is finished, press the tea leaves with back of spoon to squeeze out the last bit of herbal goodness! Optional, add a dollop of honey or natural sweetener. Enjoy hot or iced. You can compost the used leaves, or spread them out to dry and burn as a loose herbal incense.
